The Department of Forests and Park Services is initiating scientific thinning operations across State Reserve Forest Land across the country to enhance forest health and mitigate fire hazards.
As part of this initiative, the DoFPS invites expressions of interest from private sector, particularly those in wood-based industries, to participate in the nationwide scientific thinning operations across 15 Divisional Forest Office (DFOs)/Protected Area Offices.
Interested parties must meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the Modality for allotment of sites and extraction of timber from Phase II Scientific Thinning Operations through Private Sector
